The Role

You will take ownership of finance master data within SAP, providing ongoing support and maintenance across a range of core areas including business partners, general ledger accounts, profit centres, cost centres, WBS elements, and joint venture equity groups.

A key focus will be maintaining robust controls and processes to ensure data integrity, while also identifying and highlighting cross-functional dependencies across systems. You’ll play an important role in supporting system testing, audits, and broader finance system activities.

Alongside SAP responsibilities, you will also contribute to master data support across additional systems, assist with user access and control reviews, and provide administrative support for finance-related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating finance master data within SAP.
• Ensuring strong data governance, controls, and accuracy across systems.
• Supporting system integrity testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with internal and external audit requirements.
• Providing support across additional finance systems and user access controls.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with SAP master data (highly desirable).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and responsive, with a strong focus on service delivery.
