Key responsibilities and experience:

• Lead and enhance financial and accounting processes.
• Provide strong business advisory and commercial finance support.
• Drive controlling, reporting and business partnering activities.
• Support ERP system integration and finance transformation projects.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with financial systems and software.
• Use Excel to a high level for analysis, reporting and decision-making.
• Build effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and commercial performance.
• Bring a proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong finance and accounting experience.
• Proven business partnering and commercial experience.
• Experience working across projects and systems implementation/integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A commercially focused mindset and the confidence to challenge and influence.
• Exposure to a service or equipment heavy industry would be advantageous.
