Reporting to senior finance leadership, you’ll be responsible for ensuring robust financial control while providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making. You’ll lead the Finance Team and drive continuous improvements across systems, processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the month-end close process and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Maintaining a strong financial control environment, ensuring compliance with governance and internal controls.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Providing commercial analysis and insight to support business performance and decision-making.
• Leading, developing and mentoring the Finance Team.
• Identifying and implementing system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

You’ll be a qualified Accountant (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical and operational finance experience.

You’ll bring:

• Significant experience in financial reporting, controls and governance.
• A strong operational finance background with the ability to improve processes.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous line management experience would be advantageous.
