This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a freight forwarding and logistics business, ensuring that customer quotations, shipments, customs processes and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be confident managing shipments from start to finish across all modes of transport, including road, sea and air freight, while providing competitive transport quotations and handling both import and export customs requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience with customs procedures, including complex import entries and UCN claims, would be advantageous.
• The position requires an organised and proactive individual who can work to deadlines, manage multiple priorities and support warehouse operations when required.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.
