Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Liaising with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the smooth movement of freight.
• Providing customers with shipment updates and resolve any operational issues.
• Preparing quotations and support customers with suitable freight solutions.
• Ensuring shipping documentation is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring shipment progress and proactively managing any delays or exceptions.
• Maintaining accurate records and support invoicing and administrative processes.
• Delivering a high level of customer service while building strong client relationships.

About you:

• Previous experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Good understanding of international transportation and shipping processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in using IT systems and operational software.
