Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering alumni, donor and community engagement initiatives that encourage participation, volunteering and long-term support.
• Coordinating events, communications and content across newsletters, social media and publications, while acting as a key contact for the institution’s community.
• Supporting fundraising operations, including donation processing, donor stewardship and campaign administration.
• Monitoring fundraising performance, managing financial reporting and working closely with the Finance Team on reconciliations and budget tracking.
• Providing executive and administrative support through the preparation of reports, presentations and committee papers, while helping maintain the institution’s website.

Applicants to this role require:

• Previous experience in fundraising and/or community partnerships.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using social media for communication and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships.
