The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate capture, analysis, and reporting of G&A costs, while supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading monthly G&A review meetings with department heads, supporting forecasting and cost control.
• Analysing G&A spend, ensuring accurate coding and cost allocation.
• Monitoring actuals versus budget, providing insight and challenge where required.
• Maintaining and reviewing G&A time-writing codes to maximise cost recovery.
• Updating monthly forecasts within financial systems.
• Supporting annual budgeting and audit processes.
• Managing contractor invoice compliance, accruals, and intercompany recharges.
• Reviewing departmental headcount data (staff and contractors).

About You

• Part-qualified accountant or HND qualified with relevant experience.
• Strong experience in monthly accounts preparation.
• Confident Excel user; experience with SUN systems advantageous
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
