Join a globally recognised business at a pivotal stage of its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to take on a varied Group Management Accountant role, working closely with senior finance leaders and contributing to financial reporting and decision-making across an international organisation.

    

Working closely with the Group Finance Manager and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely group reporting, supporting financial planning and providing valuable insight to stakeholders across the business.

             

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and review of monthly group management accounts
  • Supporting the production of flash reporting and consolidated regional cashflows
  • Preparing and reviewing Group forecasts, budgets and financial models
  • Analysing regional reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary
  • Reviewing project and contract accounting submissions across multiple international regions
  • Supporting continuous improvement of finance processes, controls and reporting
  • Building strong relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across the global business

          

To be successful, you will have:

  • An Accounting qualification (ICAS, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and complex formulas
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
