Seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join an established HR Team within a leading E&P business. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s dynamic HR function, allowing you to develop a broad skill set. If you’re organised, detail-oriented and committed to high standards, this role offers the chance to take your HR career to the next level.

     

Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Facilitating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, onboarding and induction presentations.
  • Maintaining and managing HRIS systems with precision, supporting accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit interviews, ensuring seamless administration.
  • Handling international recruitment logistics, supporting overseas hires with relocation arrangements.
  • Supporting HR projects, employee events and professional development initiatives.

      

Applicants to this role require:

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and IT literate.
  • HR experience in a similar role.
