HR Administrator - VR/32022

Join an established, global energy sector business as an HR Administrator on a 12 month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administrative experience who enjoys supporting people, processes and projects within a busy HR function. You’ll play a key role in providing day to day HR support, ensuring employee records and communications are accurate and compliant.

     

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and organising employee personnel files.
  • Transferring historic HR documentation to shared servers.
  • Managing the HR inbox and incoming correspondence.
  • Supporting onboarding processes and tracking new hires.
  • Assisting with HR forms, documentation and communications.
  • Maintaining document checklists and learning records within the HR system.
  • Monitoring completion of mandatory training and documentation, following up with Managers as required.
  • Producing and updating documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.

      

Applicants to this role require:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment.
