HR Advisor - VR/31467
Join a loyal, experienced and supportive HR function within an offshore-focused business in Aberdeen, for an initial period of six months. This operational HR position has responsibility for a sizeable offshore crew, for which prior Advisor-level experience is essential. Start date ASAP.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations casework, supporting Managers and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Acting as a focal point for all HR queries from assigned offshore assets.
- Regular engagement with Asset Leaders and wider HR Team (Generalists + Crewing + Recruitment).
- Involvement in career development processes.
- Promoting positive, fit-for-purpose HR throughout the business.
- Supporting process/function improvement project work.
- HRIS management/maintenance.
Applicants to this role require:
- Demonstrable experience within the offshore industry.
- Associate CIPD membership or equivalent.
- Advisor-level/ER casework experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Quick availability.

- Opportunity to compress working hours for an early-Friday finish.
- Hybrid working (3/2) is available after a short settling-in period.
