HR Advisor - VR/31799
Be the trusted HR focal point for workers and leaders - responding to queries quickly, pre-empting issues and helping the operation stay compliant and engaged. For the three-month contract, you’ll partner closely with the HR Business Partner, drive proactive employee relations and case management while keeping day to day HR processes running smoothly.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Building strong relationships across the workforce and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Leading case management (grievance, disciplinary, absence, redundancy) with clear, timely communication.
- Coordinating and issuing employment documentation.
- Working with HR Admin to maintain accurate records and payroll notifications.
- Producing HR activity reports and support scheduling of meetings, interviews and events.
- Managing the exit process and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Advising operations on legal compliance across all aspects of the role.
Applicants to this role require
- CIPD qualified or currently studying towards.
- Proven experience in a fast?paced, high?volume environment - ideally in the energy sector.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
