Key responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking daily and monthly hydrocarbon allocation processes and associated reporting across operated assets.
• Supporting allocation activities for Forties and Brent systems.
• Liaising with finance teams to calculate and implement production adjustments.
• Monitoring offshore metering performance and coordinating fiscal metering compliance activities.
• Managing and monitoring pipeline and terminal stock movements and reporting anomalies.
• Operational management of UK oil sales contracts, including Forties and Brent crude agreements.
• Supporting pipeline and terminal commercial matters alongside Commercial Advisors.
• Assisting with tenders, contract monitoring, budgets and budgetary control.
• Coordinating subcontractor activities where required.
• Providing full HCA cover during team absences.

The role may involve attendance at partner and regulatory meetings, as well as visits to pipeline terminals when required.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Substantial hydrocarbon accounting experience within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of North Sea allocation processes, systems and reporting requirements.
• Experience of pipeline and terminal operations.
• Comfortable liaising with third parties, partners and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and provide support and stability within a changing team environment.
• Strong systems capability and high attention to detail.

The preference is for an office-based presence in Aberdeen to facilitate knowledge transfer and handover. An April start is strongly preferred.
