Working closely with Operations, Wells, Maintenance and Project teams, you will develop and maintain integrated activity plans, provide visibility of priorities and resource requirements, and support effective operational decision-making.

Overview job description:

• Develop and maintain integrated 12-week and 4-week activity plans supporting offshore operations.
• Coordinate planning inputs across multiple disciplines to create a resource-balanced execution schedule.
• Identify and communicate planning risks, constraints and conflicting priorities.
• Facilitate planning and schedule review meetings, ensuring stakeholder alignment and planning governance.

Applicants to this role require:

• Significant experience in oil & gas operations planning, scheduling or work management.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Maximo and SAP.
• Experience developing integrated schedules within complex operational environments.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
