Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries, prepare quotes and tenders, and coordinate with purchasing and planning teams to confirm costs and delivery schedules.
• Processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements while managing necessary approvals and documentation.
• Maintaining seamless communication with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales process, attending progress meetings when required.
• Overseeing stock agreements, manage client inventory levels, and process returns, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing for inspections and repairs.
• Preparing and manage shipping documentation, including export paperwork, while liaising with logistics partners to arrange collections and deliveries.
• Supporting internal teams by attending production meetings, updating sales reports, and ensuring adherence to quality procedures and company policies.
• Utilising systems such as Ariba, Kabal, and Glovia to process orders, generate reports, and track sales activity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong administrative background, ideally in internal sales within the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate across different teams.
• Proficiency in relevant business systems and a solid understanding of sales and quality procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
