Lead a 12-month ERP transformation project implementing Ramco across aviation MRO and supply chain operations. Oversee full lifecycle delivery including migration, integration, testing, and change management while ensuring alignment with business needs, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery within a complex, operationally critical environment.

     

Overview Job Description:

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Ramco ERP system within an aviation MRO and supply chain environment. This role is responsible for delivering a critical transformation programme over a 12-month period, ensuring it remains on schedule whilst aligning closely with operational requirements.

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering a major ERP transformation programme, ensuring the successful deployment of Ramco to support operational efficiency and supply chain excellence within a defined timeframe.

     

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle from planning through to go-live.
  • Oversee migration from legacy systems (e.g., SAP) to Ramco.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
  • Coordinate data migration, system integrations, and testing phases (SIT/UAT).
  • Manage cutover planning and execution to minimise operational disruption.
  • Engage stakeholders across technical and operational teams, including executive reporting.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including user training and adoption strategies.
  • Manage vendors and third-party delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.

     

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects, ideally within aviation, MRO or complex supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, and testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and operate in fast-paced project environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead meetings and drive outcomes.
  • Recognised Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent preferred).
  • Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks beneficial.
