Junior/Trainee Freight Forwarder - VR/32611
A reputable national organisation is seeking a Junior/Trainee Freight Forwarder to join their team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish and develop a career within the freight forwarding and logistics sector, working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The Role:
Working a 37.5-hour week, you will support the Export Team with customs documentation, export administration, and liaising with couriers and transport providers to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing customs and export documentation.
- Assisting with export administration and operational activities.
- Responding to customer queries and providing administrative support.
- Organising collections and deliveries.
- Liaising with couriers, freight providers, and internal teams.
- Ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained.
