Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating assigned air and ocean shipments, including project cargo, with third-party logistics providers.
• Supporting the review of material and packing reports to ensure alignment with designated shipping schedules.
• Assisting in reviewing and processing operational requests, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Supporting the coordination of air and ocean freight bookings in collaboration with trade compliance teams to ensure compliant imports and exports while minimising delays.
• Communicating effectively with regional counterparts and internal stakeholders, providing updates on shipment status and key milestones.
• Supporting the monitoring of shipments at ports, airports, and other locations to ensure timely, compliant departure, arrival, and delivery.
• Assisting in expediting and coordinating both urgent and non-urgent orders through to final delivery, including milestone tracking.
• Supporting the tracking and expediting of open orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of delays.
• Assisting in coordinating domestic and international freight estimates with logistics providers as requested by internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the maintenance of shipping documentation.
• Supporting supplier onboarding activities, including the setup of new vendors.

About you:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as JD Edwards.
