In this role, you’ll support day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring equipment is dispatched accurately, efficiently, and in line with procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating daily transport and deliveries.
• Dispatching and tracking shipments to meet operational requirements.
• Acting as a key link between internal teams, drivers, and external logistics providers.
• Booking transport and liaising with approved freight forwarders.
• Maintaining accurate records of all equipment movements.
• Preparing and checking dispatch documentation.
• Supporting offshore operations with timely logistics updates.
• Assisting with warehouse tasks such as:
• Packing, labelling, and preparing shipments.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Securing loads and maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Providing general administrative and stores support.
• Assisting with shipping paperwork and customs processes.

About you:

• Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
• Willingness to carry out manual handling duties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of logistics or customs processes.
• Experience handling dangerous goods.
• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Navision).
