Logistics Operations Officer - VR/32196
A 12-month ongoing PAYE contract opportunity is available for a Logistics Operations Officer based in Bridge of Don, with hybrid working, supporting a global organisation specialising in the engineering and construction of major energy and infrastructure projects, both offshore and onshore.
In this role, you will assist and support shipping activities for vessels, providing support to each division with their shipping requirements and liaising with freight agents both in the UK and internationally. You will monitor the progress of deliveries and shipments to each vessel, while maintaining accurate records to a high standard and ensuring all shipments are delivered in a timely manner.
About you:
- Previous experience of carrying out freight forward logistics activities.
- Strong Excel knowledge and MS package.
