Managed Services Administrator - VR/32311
This Managed Services Administrator position sits at the heart of a busy IT services provider, supporting the day-to-day running of Managed Services operations and ensuring accurate billing and client administration.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider technical teams, you will play a key role in tracking live data, inputting and processing data into spreadsheets, and maintaining processes and supporting operational workflows. The role is part of a small, fast-moving team environment, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and business efficiency.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Prepare, check and issue monthly, ad hoc and project-based client invoices accurately and on time.
- Handle client queries relating to invoices via phone and email.
- Support improvements in invoicing processes, accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative business support to clients under service agreements.
- Maintain and update procedures, workflows and recurring administrative processes.
- Maintain client records and contact distribution lists.
Applicants to this role require
- Robust working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in administrative/business support/data processing positions.
- Positive attitude to problem solving and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting and tracking data.
