This is a varied role suited to someone who can quickly get up to speed and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of monthly profit & loss and balance sheet.
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Production of month-end reporting packs and group reporting requirements.
• Oversight of accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Preparation of year-end schedules and liaison with auditors.
• Assisting with statutory accounts and tax reporting requirements.
• Weekly cashflow forecasting and reporting.
• Monitoring working capital, including stock management.
• Supporting KPI reporting and analysis.

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong experience in a management accounting role.
• Confident working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 advantageous).
• Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
• Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
