Working within a busy operational environment, the role will focus on the accurate tracking and administration of subsea equipment and materials, supporting inventory management, material movements and data quality within SAP. The position will work closely with Wells, suppliers, logistics providers, workshops and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out material administration activities relating to subsea equipment, tooling and materials.
• Track equipment and materials and maintain accurate inventory information.
• Manage material reservations and movements within the relevant systems and processes.
• Maintain high standards of master-data quality and integrity within SAP.
• Support equipment availability and mobilisation readiness.
• Coordinate with Wells, suppliers, logistics providers, workshops and operational teams.
• Support supplier follow-up and delivery performance.
• Identify and escalate issues relating to equipment availability, logistics and data integrity.
• Support implementation and stabilisation activities during the SAP transition.
• Produce status information and operational reporting.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant HSE, quality and operational requirements.

About You

• Extensive experience within SAP material management and logistics processes.
• Experience in equipment tracking, inventory management and material movements.
• Strong master-data management experience.
• Understanding of subsea equipment and offshore operational requirements.
• Experience working within large project or operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with particular attention to data quality and accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Desirable

• Previous experience supporting major operator projects.
• Drilling, Wells, subsea or offshore project execution experience.
• Supplier and logistics service-provider coordination experience.
• Knowledge of SAP transition projects.
• Power BI, Excel and operational reporting experience.
