• Keeping up to date with changes in mortgage markets and lender policies.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client records and documentation.
• Working independently to meet personal and team targets.
• Delivering outstanding service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Supporting colleagues by providing cover in other offices when needed.

• Qualified with proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work under pressure while managing and prioritising a varied workload.
• Demonstrable knowledge of mortgage planning and associated financial products.
