Acting as the focal point for all material movements to and from the drilling rig, you will support both the Drilling and Logistics teams on a day-to-day basis, contributing to well planning and ongoing operational activities. You will also take responsibility for coordinating logistics processes and managing associated contractual activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arranging and supervising all marine, land and air transport of personnel and equipment.
• Ensuring emergency response resources are available and operational.
• Keeping an accurate record of all material movements to and from the drilling rig, including rental equipment.
• Coordinating road transportation of all provided materials.
• Coordinating the receipt, handling, storage and maintenance and transport of materials.
• Creating a Material Tracker for the managing and controlling materials in order for work order components can be tracked, expedited, receipting, consolidated and stored in advance of planned shipments dates.
• Supervising all material handling at the supply base including loading and offloading of supply vessels.
• Creating Load Lists for all materials for loadout to your assigned offshore asset.
• Checking and verifying all equipment manifests for shipment of equipment to/from UKCS.
• Arranging for inspection and repair of all material and equipment returned from the rig.

About you:

• Experience as a Drilling Materials Coordinator with both offshore and onshore experience.
• Experienced in shore base, aviation, marine operations and vessel movement planning.
• Competent user of business of business systems, SAP, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Offshore experience with live BOSIET and medicals.
