Main duties and responsibilities

• Support the monthly payroll processing cycle across multiple countries and currencies.
• Process payroll inputs including overtime, allowances, salary amendments, deductions and ad-hoc payments.
• Administer payroll activities for new starters and leavers.
• Review payroll reports and validate payroll data provided by external payroll providers.
• Monitor and administer employee timesheets, ensuring overtime is processed accurately and on time.
• Assist employees with payroll-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Support payroll compliance activities and ensure adherence to payroll procedures.
• Provide additional payroll administration and reporting support as required.

Applicants to this role require

• Previous experience within a payroll administration or payroll support position.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
• Exposure to payroll systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
