You will provide guidance across Supply Chain policies, processes, compliance, and systems, ensuring effective use of tools while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to Supply Chain teams on policies, processes, compliance, and systems.
• Ensure effective and compliant use of SAP, Maximo, Ariba and associated tools.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement across R2P and electronic invoicing.
• Support Contracting and Procurement teams with Outline Agreement (OLA) creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to support reporting, invoicing compliance, and exception management.
• Lead supplier enablement for electronic invoicing and provide ongoing vendor support.
• Maintain Supply Chain documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Manage Supply Chain master data and support accurate reporting and dashboards.
• Provide data analysis and insights to support both operational and strategic supply chain decisions.
• Support business improvement initiatives, projects, and system enhancements.

About You:

• CIPS Membership (preferred).
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, Ariba).
• Good understanding of Procurement and R2P processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management capabilities.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
