Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing goods and services in line with operational and vessel requirements.
• Raising and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Following internal approval processes for all procurement activity.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Expediting orders and provide updates on delivery schedules to internal stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitoring supplier performance, including delivery, quality and service levels.
• Tracking and reporting on category spend and procurement activity.
• Identifying opportunities to improve cost, lead times and procurement efficiency.

About You:

• Proven experience in a procurement role within subsea or oil and gas.
• Understanding of procurement processes and logistics within a project or vessel environment.
• Experience supporting sourcing and supplier management activities.
• Strong attention to detail when managing orders and documentation.
• Confident engaging with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
