Programme & Operations Coordinator - VR/32030
TMM Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively supporting AccelerateHER, an organisation dedicated to the growth and backing of female founders in the UK, with the recruitment of a Programme & Operations Coordinator.
Supporting for an initial 9 months’ duration (with potential for extension), you will work on a part-time basis coordinating the delivery and documentation of the mentorship programme. This role is a remote position with travel required throughout the assignment for in-person working. The successful candidate will undertake this role on a self-employed freelance basis.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of programme delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll coordinate onboarding for participants, mentors and speakers, manage calendars, agendas, trackers and key deadlines, and keep documentation accurate and easy to access across platforms like Teams, SharePoint and HubSpot. You’ll also organise and support virtual events and online sessions, scheduling and hosting Zoom calls (including large sessions with 100+ attendees), managing breakout rooms and recordings, and ensuring all materials are uploaded and shared after each session. Alongside this, you’ll handle day-to-day coordination and communication to keep everyone informed, aligned and engaged throughout the programme.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring previous experience in administration, programme coordination, events, or a similar support-focused position. You’ll be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and comfortable working with digital tools such as Zoom, HubSpot and SharePoint. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with a wide range of people and producing clear, professional participant-facing communications. You’ll be detail-oriented, proactive and reliable, with a calm and adaptable approach that helps you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative culture where your contribution genuinely matters and your organisational skills help programmes succeed. You’ll gain valuable experience working closely with diverse teams, founders and mentors, while developing your skills in programme delivery, virtual events and stakeholder coordination. You can expect opportunities to learn, grow and build confidence in a role that offers variety, responsibility and impact. If you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this is a role where you can really take ownership, develop professionally and feel proud of the difference you make.
