Project Payroll Manager - VR/32101
TMM are delighted to be partnering with a global drilling company who are looking for an experienced Project Payroll Manager to lead the delivery, governance, and optimisation of HR and payroll systems projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of HR and payroll system projects.
- Overseeing project execution, business analysis, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
- Managing global, multi-functional payroll initiatives.
- Ensuring strong delivery governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Driving optimisation of HR and payroll systems and integrations.
Key Experience Required:
- Strong experience with SAP and/or Workday (HCM).
- Knowledge of HR systems, SAP payroll, and payroll integrations.
- Experience delivering global payroll transformation or system projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and prioritisation abilities.
- Proven project leadership and management capability.
Aberdeen / hybrid with an early finish on a Friday.
Remote working is also considered.
