Main duties and responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling products to new and existing customers.
• Developing business opportunities within the Scottish renewable market.
• Maintaining good quality business and customer relationships through providing excellent customer service.
• Achieving and exceeding targets within a timely manner.
• Informing and updating management with reports on commercial activity, customer needs and potential scope for new services and products.
• Analysing customer feedback and continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction by adjusting performance based on constructive criticism.

Applicants to this position should have previous business development / sales experience within a Freight Forwarding environment. Essential skills also include; excellent customer service, confident on the phone, good IT literacy and being able to stay organised whilst effectively prioritising your workload.
