Overview job description

Overseeing the day to day operations for the SAP Support Team for Finance and Operations (FI/CO, VIM, PS), ensuring co-ordination of activities and supervision on support calls, change request and project priorities.  The SAP Finance Solutions Team Lead will work closely with the Global SAP Manager, SAP HR Team Lead and SAP SCM and Operations Team Lead to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

Applicants to this role require

• Cross functional knowledge of SAP and associated business processes focused on SAP FI/CO, PS and VIM.
• Strong experience of integration points across all SAP domains including the following modules; FI/CO, MM, PS, VIM etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer focused with ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels across the business.
• Solutions focused, anticipates potential problems and works to overcome them.
• Collaborative team working within a large group while able to demonstrate initiative and ownership for own tasks.
• Proven ability to effectively lead teams.

Desirable:

• SAP certification in defined module(s).
• Working knowledge of SAP BFC.
• Good knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
• Relevant SAP consulting and team management experience.
• Change management awareness and adherence is key to success in the role.
• Candidate who is conversant with statutory compliance trends globally.
