The candidate will have ideally done a year or so Mechanical qualification at college / HNC and is now looking to get into work in an entry level / development type role.  The plan would be that they would work under the Maintenance Team that is established and the maintenance supervisor in order to learn the equipment, processes and build knowledge and experience over time.

This is a long-term position.
