Main duties and responsibilities:

• Leading the Business Development function, providing direction, structure and day-to-day oversight for the team.
• Driving the organisation’s commercial growth strategy, ensuring BD plans support overall business objectives.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships across multiple projects, ensuring BD commitments and deliverables are met.
• Overseeing the full business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, pipeline progression and client relationship management.
• Working collaboratively with Senior Leadership to align BD activity with wider commercial priorities and strategic goals.

• Demonstrated experience leading business development functions at a senior level.
• Strong commercial knowledge of the offshore, maritime and oil and gas industries.
• Highly effective communicator with strong negotiation abilities and confidence managing diverse stakeholders.
