Key Responsibilities:

• Providing effective contract management and contractor performance support to the business and its clients.
• Working with key stakeholders to develop strategies for specific project scopes.
• Leading the tendering, evaluation, and negotiation process for logistics and supporting service contracts.
• Preparing ITT packages, conduct detailed tender evaluations, and assess contract risk.
• Negotiating contractual and commercial terms in line with established contracting principles.
• Managing contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs.
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Providing advice and guidance to management on contracting and supply chain matters.
• Supporting dispute resolution, cost control, and reporting activities within projects.

About You:

• Proven experience in oil and gas contracting with a strong track record of value delivery in supply chain management.
• Skilled in negotiation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to identify cost reduction and value creation opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable within a dynamic project environment.
