Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain tender, project and offshore schedules to support successful project delivery.
• Coordinate planning activities across multiple departments and projects.
• Prepare detailed project programmes, including weather and operational allowances where required.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular schedule updates and reporting.
• Maintain and update project master schedules using offshore operational data.
• Conduct schedule analysis, forecasting and planned versus actual performance reviews.
• Identify schedule risks, delays and opportunities, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Support the tendering function through the development of robust bid schedules and planning input.
• Ensure planning processes, procedures and standards are consistently applied across projects.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.

Applicants to this role require:

• Minimum 7 years' planning experience within the Subsea, Offshore or Oil & Gas sectors.
• HND in Planning, Engineering, Project Controls or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience supporting offshore installation, construction or subsea projects.
• Knowledge of project controls, progress measurement and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering project environments.
