Senior Timewriting Coordinator - VR/32336
A leading energy services provider based in Aberdeen City Centre, is seeking a Senior Timewriting Coordinator to join their team on a short-term temporary basis for 2-4 weeks. This role plays a key part in supporting payroll and operational efficiency by ensuring accurate processing of timesheets and expense data across offshore and onshore personnel. Acting as the main contact for time and pay queries, the successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and prior experience in timekeeping or payroll environments, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing weekly timesheets for offshore and onshore personnel.
- Ensuring accurate input of time and expense data into internal systems.
- Supporting weekly payroll submissions and job costing activities.
- Acting as the main point of contact for time and pay-related queries.
- Liaising with internal teams (Finance, Payroll and Operations) to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintaining records for holidays, expenses and personnel time tracking.
- Identifying and escalating any issues or inconsistencies in data.
- Assisting with process improvements and supporting efficient ways of working.
