The primary focus of this contract will be supporting the implementation of Prophix (budgeting tool), working closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout.

In addition, there may be opportunities to contribute to month-end process reviews, identifying efficiencies and implementing improvements across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation and optimisation of the Prophix financial planning and reporting system.
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into system solutions.
• Assisting with testing, training and user adoption activities.
• Reviewing existing month-end processes and recommending improvements.
• Developing and enhancing reporting capabilities.
• Utilising advanced Excel skills to support data analysis, reconciliation and reporting requirements.
• Collaborating with finance teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing finance systems, ideally within a project-based environment.
• Previous exposure to Prophix would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including month-end reporting cycles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month contract.
• Potential for extension based on project requirements.
• Competitive day rate available.
