Technical and Statutory Accounting Lead - VR/26340
TMM is partnering with a leading energy business to appoint a Technical & Statutory Accounting Lead on an initial contract term. As Manager, Accounting you will report directly in to the UK FC with responsibility for a small team who support a variety of tasks to include drafting statutory financial statements. The successful candidate will lead the relationship management of the external auditors and will include all aspects of technical accounting review and documentation across the business in the UK.
A significant part of this role will be to manage and co-ordinate with Legal, Tax and HR Teams on the legal entity rationalisation plan, creating the necessary step plans and also investigating any technical accounting complexities in order to resolve any restructuring challenges.
