The role involves managing complex payrolls, ensuring compliance with established processes, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Managing and processing client payrolls, including complex cases, to agreed deadlines.
• Ensuring payroll procedures are followed and compliance maintained.
• Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
• Responding to employer and employee payroll queries promptly.
• Monitoring workflows via the bureau management system.
• Supporting pensions set-up and administration.

Previous bureau experience is preferred, and applicants should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
