I have worked for TMM Recruitment on 2 occasions spanning 13 years and various specialisms within the team. Since 2020, I have focused on Accountancy & Finance resourcing, predominantly mid-level roles. 

I also support our Office Support specialism as their interim team lead and deliver training modules for new staff. 

Recognised as Team Player for 2025, I love being part of the social committee, helping my colleagues wherever needed and being part of our spirited culture.

What I Love About My Job

It’s cliché but every day really is different. I love working with people from all walks of life and making a positive difference for them, even if it’s not necessarily placing them in a job. Sometimes just providing good advice on their search, CV or the market can be so valuable to someone - helping them secure a new job is an added bonus. 

I love building relationships with candidates who often turn into clients and watching candidates grow their careers. Having a hand in that is really lovely!

Personal Touch

When not working you’ll find me doing home improvements, enjoying a walk and a fine piece, or enjoying a film or NFL with my husband and the cats – yes, I am a proud cat lady!
