I joined our HR specialism in 2023 and received a great foundation in agency recruitment before transitioning into Supply Chain & Commercial a couple of years later. Previous roles in resourcing taught me the importance of empathy and consideration and that recruitment is as much about understanding people as it is about matching skills. This means I take care to listen, understand, and build trust because my goal is always to provide a valuable experience for both candidates and clients by making the process clear, and, wherever possible, straightforward.

What I Love About My Job

I love that my job has two aspects. I'm helping people at key career moments, actively supporting and talking through all the decisions they need to make, and I'm helping a business secure the right talent. Being part of an employee-owned team that values relationships and celebrates success together makes the work even more rewarding.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with the people closest to me, family and friends, and my beloved cats.
