My career with TMM Recruitment began as a university student on summer work experience and many years later I'm now one of the longest serving members of the team. It has been inspiring to watch the business evolve from a niche agency to a consultancy with expertise across 10 specialist areas.

I’ve remained committed to accountancy and finance throughout my career, progressing to Senior Manager, leading the largest team in the business and also taking line report responsibility for the Office Support team. I feel privileged to be able to say that I love my job, and after all these years, I still love working here too.

What I Love About My Job

People first and foremost. I genuinely enjoy hearing people’s stories, understanding individual needs and learning about what they’re hoping for in their next move. Being able to support them through that journey is incredibly rewarding. I truly value being here for my clients and candidates, and there’s nothing quite like the thrill of finding the perfect match.

I'm grateful for the simple pleasures in life: my children, my family, friendships and enjoying life - it doesn't get more complicated than that!
