Cecilia Crossley On Consumer Choices For A Better World

What started as an epiphany when Cecilia was shopping for baby wear went on to become a social enterprise with purpose and love as its brand message: From Babies With Love.

In conversation with Jude Thorpe, Cecilia shares the experience that led her to quit life as an NGO head of finance and set up a business which donates 100% of its profits to orphaned and abandoned children around the world. On track to hit the milestone of supporting 10,000 children this year, the next challenge is to raise the bar and help 25,000 children. Cecilia challenges us to think about how purchasing the products and services we need or want could create social change at the same time.

We want to be one example of a business that not only addresses a social issue but demonstrates how business can be designed to address and prevent social issues in the first place.
