In 2026, TMM Recruitment is proud to support two outstanding charities making a real difference in our communities: Archway and AFC Community Trust.
As a people-centred recruitment business, we believe it's important to contribute within the community that we work, using our platform to raise awareness and support organisations that create positive social impact.
Archway
In March, our HR Recruiter, Chris Carr, is running his first marathon and he's going large, taking on one of the most famous races in the world - the London Marathon. You can follow Chris's training on his donation page.
Archway is a vital Aberdeen-based charity providing life-changing support and care for people with learning disabilities and their families. The dedicated team deliver a range of community-based services including permanent care, supported living, holiday respite breaks, emergency respite, and day activities.
AFC Community Trust
The award-winning AFC Community Trust works across local communities to improve lives through education, health, employability, and social inclusion programmes, using the power of sport to inspire change.
Throughout the year we will be supporting AFC Community Trust through a variety of initiatives. More details to follow but in the meantime, enjoy our partnership announcement which was the creative vision of Chris, and brilliantly captured by Erin at Pink Sphynx Media.
